Isn't it Ironic

Well here's an update for you all~
Jeff and I are doing great! Our 3 year wedding anniversary is coming up next week, I can't believe it!
Jeff and I have been together for 5 years now, we've had our rough times and we are a lot stronger in our relationship now. I think it's hard in the first couple years of marriage when you marry young because first off your learning to live with this person and do all cleaning and house chores by yourself! I was so used to my mom doing all that stuff that it was a big wake up call when we moved into our apartment. You mean I have to clean and... Cook?? haha
I catch myself doing a lot of similar stuff like my mom, it makes me laugh sometimes, especially dealing with my kids, I swore when I was younger that when I had kids I would be different and never say the same things to my kids that my mom would say. And sure enough I will catch myself saying those things. It's so funny how when you become a parent that you truly appreciate your parents even more, all the hard work and stress that they must have gone through but you never see that side of your parents when you're little. I never heard my parents stressing about how to pay a bill or put food on the table or taking us kids some place fun.

Anyways back on to our family :) The kids are doing great! Tyler is starting kindergarten on August 4th. He is very excited,we're going to go school shopping soon. Dane is learning so many new things and I can really see his personality shining through, he is getting so tall! He has 8 teeth now, which he loves to have me brush his teeth at night, he LOVES baths! He says "ba" for bath.
Jeff is loving his job at Coca Cola, we're hoping he will get on permanent soon and that will mean benefits and more pay!Yay! I am going to start school soon to become a dental assistant. We're hoping we can buy or first house next year!
