Ok so it's been a year!

I am a really bad blogger! Wow I hadn't realized that I hadn't posted anything new for awhile. It was really chaotic with the house hunting and then closing,moving,settling in and not to mention my two boys,4 dogs and a husband in a pear tree... Well we found homes for three of our dogs so now we only have one, wow it's so peaceful! We love our house and definitely love our Pool this time of the year.

We are planning on going vacation for a couple days and camping a night or two when Tyler gets out for summer break. I think we'll spend the other nights at my mom and dad's because the kids will love that and we'll probably like the ease of that. We're also going to Massachusetts in July so that should be interesting with the boys on the plane but we'll have a blast once we land! I'll be posting more now since we finally have Internet!! The most magical place on earth!

Jeff took me and the kids for Disneyland for my birthday, it was such a great trip! The first time the kids have been there and the first time Jeff and I have gone together.The kids did great! They were both so excited and so were Jeff and I,we love Disneyland and are big kids too. We spent the whole day there and Dane fell asleep at about 8pm but then woke up a little while later and we finished the night with watching the firework show which was Awesome! Here are some pictures to enjoy! We also went to the beach the next day which was really nice. Next time we are staying longer at each!

What's been going on with us

We have been so busy lately, with Tyler and me both in school things have been hectic. Tyler is doing much better at school,he was kind of having a hard time with actually going into his classroom. Luckily he's gotten over that! Now he lets me drop him off at the front of the school which is kind of sad for me but I know he needs that independence to help him. Dane is growing like a weed! He is starting to talk more but I think I need to have him try to say more stuff so that he's not talking his own language haha. He is still being stubborn about saying Tyler, he will say "school" for Tyler haha.
Jeff's company is going to be starting this new project that will in turn have him get hired on permanently which would be Awesome!
I am still doing school and tearing my hair out while I do it! It is really hard to do online classes being a mom but I'm trying to keep at it.
We have some exciting news! We're going to Disneyland next month for my birthday! I am super excited. Jeff and I both haven't been there for a long time and this will be our first family vacation, so it will be fun!

Dane is 2 ... now I want another little baby to hold!

Dane is now 2 years old, I miss having a little baby to hold :) We still want to wait maybe another 2 years or 3 till we have another but I sure miss holding those cute,cuddly babies. Here are some pictures from Dane's birthday, we took him and Tyler to the duck park that we always go to.

Tyler's 6.... wow how time flys

Tyler's birthday is on the 2nd, Jeff luckily had the day off so when Tyler got home from school we had dunkin donuts waiting for him. Jeff's dad gave him some presents which Tyler LOVED! He got some paper,some washable paint, and one of those toy cars that can drive on the walls and ceiling. Tyler is still playing with it, which is really good. Then we asked Tyler what he wanted for dinner, he said steak, haha he's one of us :) It was a really good night!
On the 7th, we had a birthday party for him at our house. It was a lot of fun, my sister and her husband and their kids and my mom and dad came and some friends and Tyler's birth mom.He got a lot of presents! We only got him some clothes and two toys because his birthday is so close to Christmas. Here's some pictures to enjoy!



I absolutely loved Tyler's cake, Jeff took some toys and fixed them so it looked really cool because the cake had some flowers on it.

I love this time of year

We decided that us being broke wasn't going to ruin our fun and the kid's fun so we thought maybe a trip to a pumpkin patch would be fun. We get outside and it's HOT! I wanted us to be dressed up cute and sport our winter clothes but no our weather wanted to disagree with me. So we went and I took a lot of pictures, Tyler had so much fun looking for a pumpkin and Dane was a little scared at first but then he loved walking around and looking stuff.

What it will be like to walk by your side....
Today marks a year since my Grandma passed away,it has gone by so fast and yet it feels like it was just yesterday my mom called me with the news or her passing.I remember talking to her in the hospice room not knowing if she heard me but i'm sure if she didn't then God relayed the message to her when she saw him :)
I remember the funeral very vividly and that it looked like my grandma but her personality and smile truly is what I remember the most. And I realized that she is gone but it in a better place and one day I will be able to talk and listen to her stories again. Till then
" I love you Grandma, I miss seeing your smile, I miss hearing your jokes, I miss the conversations that we had late at night. I remember writing in a card to you shortly before you passed that I missed having you right down the hallway so that I could talk to you.
I will miss that you won't get to see my kids grow up or any of your grandkids grow up
I will miss hearing stories about you and Grandpa,or my mom and dad when they were younger.
I will talk you from time to time at night or during the day, I'm not sure if you can hear me or not but I will keep doing it.
Everytime I pass a taco bell or a boston market I will think of you :)"
